The Altar Stone - Y Meini Hirion

The Altar Stone is a standing stone that forms part of a stone circle known as Y Meini Hirion (The Tall Stones) and sits at around 1300 feet, above the town of Penmaenmawr in North Wales. It's more commonly known as The Druids Circle but in fact pre-dates druids by some time.

Taken from an original photograph, this Photopolymer etching is produced as a limited edition of 15, hand printed on Somerset Satin paper.
